APC - Day 30

Day 30 - A picture of someone you miss.

I don't have a picture for this currently, I'll have to try and dig one up someplace but Idk if I will be able to. After thinking long and hard about this one I'm going with several of my old co-workers from when I worked in a few Hotels. I'm horrible at keeping up with people, so I pretty much never know anything about them after I moved on which is kind of sad I guess.

I like this picture of my Dad and I from 2007 after spending the morning emptying the corn crib and shelling all of the corn with his old Minn. Moline corn sheller (or what Mom calls the "time machine")

It's a narrative picture I guess; starting at the top left the day started out being rainy, I went to work (top right) and worked the check book along with other things, I went got some lunch at Taco Bell (bottom right)where I met up with Erin, then went back to work before finally going to anytime fitness. (bottom left) that was my day.

This will seem I guess maybe kind of negative, but I'd go back and pick a second major of maybe something more practical than my History degree like an Accounting degree. I'd still keep my History degree as now that I finally found a job that uses it I'm happy. But maybe a second more practical major wouldn't have hurt, as  hey I had the time to pick up 4 minors I'll never really use a 2nd major would have been more usefull in the long run I think.

Day 23 - A picture of your favorite book.




This is a tough one for me, I don't know if I really have a favorite book, but I recently read this one and found it intersting, except for the last two chapters which I felt where thrown in and not supported well the rest of the book was really solid. After I read it I thought about doing a write up blog breaking it down with my opinions on the various topics, but didn't want to put forth the effort it would take to do it right. Music, I'm not a very good singer... and I think it would be awesome to know how to play an instrument but I don't really want to put the time into learning one so it'll probably never happen.

This was tough, I don't really want to forget any of my memories and even then I don't have many photos of my own personal bad memories. This picture will have to fill in for Fudge's death, a very sad day. Hardest loss of a pet I've had, but it was a tragic way for him to finish out his long life. (Fudge is on the left)

Cambodia, I'm not sure why but I have always thought it would be awesome to see Ankor Wat. I guess maybe its just that it is such an exotic place? Egypt and the Amazon River would be my 2nd and 3rd choices of places to travel too. Though I realize none of them are very safe places to go to (now that Egypt has been having some political unrest the last 3 months or so)

My weight, I spent the majority of my life thus far overweight, and even in the last couple years after I have had it undercontrol for the most part I have still had a major flux in it.

Just for fun how about Alexandar the Great, he ruled a big empire and got to go on a lot of great adventures and was awesome enough to have "The Great" added to his name... people aren't always that nice, just ask Ivan the Terrible ;)
