Weight Loss....
I started Monday March 19th, 2007 after weighing in at 290 lbs... yep I was huge I had gained like 40 lbs since high school and I was fat back then too, which makes since because I have always been fat. Anyway I decided I need to lose some weight because I never wanted to get up to 300 lbs, so I made up my own weightloss plan I guess and have stuck with it for the last 8 months. On the way I have changed my end goals numerous times as I have succeeded much better than I even hoped for at the beginning. My final goal has been 180 though for a long time and I have finally reached it!
Anyway the numbers (I didn't keep good records at the start, I wish I had now though)
Weight
March 19th - 290
May 1st - 252
July 1st - 238
July 8th - 234
July 15th - 231
July 22nd - 229.5
July 29th - 223
August 1st - 222.5
August 12th - 219
August 19th - 215
September 1st - 207.5
September 22nd - 197.5
October 9th - 190
November 4th - 183
November 21st - 179
Now a fun little thing I used to figure stuff out....
1 lb = 3500 calories
So 110 lbs of weight loss = 385,000 calories which is....
546.875 Big Mac's
